Moore and Nox Mock Draft

Pick 1: Hamilton Puffins
Larry Moore: Timothy Russ - CB
This is a young man who has the speed to cover anyone. You cannot overestimate how valuable that is. He has a well developed tackling technique. Coaches like that. Smart player. Good understanding of how plays develop, and where to be. Fill a need, get a quality player, everyone wins! He will fit right in with the pros.

Jim Nox: Timothy Russ - CB
Lightning fast. Will make a good amount of money beating the veterans in track races after training. He has been trained well, and it shows in the way he tackles. great technique. Scouts highlight the intelligent decisions he makes on the field. Are there other guys worth picking here? Sure, but none of them fit this well with what they need, and he is a solid talent.

Pick 2: Alabama Black Snakes
Larry Moore: Max Grissom - LB
If you ask around, everyone will tell you, this kid is all about the team. Well schooled in tackling. Good fundamentals. Love his strength. He can play everywhere on the line. It is no coincidence he has attracted a lot of attention. Elite speed for a Defensive End. This guy will be a terror coming off the edge. They will be running to the podium for this one.

Jim Nox: Max Grissom - LB
He helps everyone get in the right position, making the team run as a well oiled machine. Solid tackler. His physical foundation given him an nice ceiling. Has the speed to keep contain, and even chase down run plays going the opposite direction. Hard not to love. Fans might not be on board with what can be framed as a need pick. But trust me once they see this kid play, they will be more than happy.

Pick 3: Harlem Heat
Larry Moore: Aurelio Alfaro - CB
Football is a team sport, and he knows it. Fast enough to play man coverage. Can go toe to toe with most receivers. He will get a great chance to earn the starting job. He fits what they are looking for. He is a solid player. Cannot go wrong here.

Pick 4: Santa Ana Winds
Larry Moore: Barry Ledoux - LB
Known among his teammates as a hard worker. Respected for his good behavior on the field. A great tackler. Consistent. Amazing strength for the position. Makes him versatile, and tells of his high ceiling. Not exactly a speed rusher, but has plenty of speed for the position. They should not be afraid to fill a need here. He will start day one. Quality pick right here.

Jim Nox: Barry Ledoux - LB
The guy has his head on straight. He is driven by the love of the sport. Pretty good tackling fundamentals. That is something coaches love. Really strong. Will push through blocks. Not exactly a speed rusher, but has plenty of speed for the position. Might not be what fans want, but there is a reason people are getting paid to make these decisions. This is a rock solid pick, and he fits what they are looking for. Fans will come around quickly once they see him play.

Pick 5: Florida Skunk Apes
Larry Moore: Edward Diaz - SS
Raised to know the value of hard work. The guy has gets along with everyone. Fast enough to blow up outside runs in the backfield from his safety position. Hits ballcarriers low, taking no chances. They gotta be happy to get this guy. Such a talent and he fits their needs. I would imagine the war room is celebrating when they make this pick.

Jim Nox: Ty Richmond - CB
Here you have a kid who puts in the work to succeed. His good natured behavior, even toward opponents have earned him some criticism, but also an awful lot of respect. Speedy enough to cover. Will need to cushion a bit on the faster receivers, but they will account for that in the play design. Understands the game well. Knows what to do in different situations. Plug a hole in the roster with a great player. That is really what they need to do. This pick does it.

Pick 6: Tennessee Wampus Cats
Larry Moore: Glenn Wagner - LB
Amazing strength for the position. Makes him versatile, and tells of his high ceiling. Rarely do we call defensive linemen sideline to sideline defenders, but this kid is so fast the term almost applies. Blue-chip player, the safe choice. No need to get cute here.

Jim Nox: Ronnie Larson - T
Rarely do a player this young bench pres this much. This kind of physical foundation given him an incredible ceiling. If you go to his tape, you will se he run blocks very well. Understandably, coaches will be itching to make this pick. Getting him on the roster will help any team.

Pick 7: Colorado Sentinels
Larry Moore: Ty Richmond - CB
Known for showing up early and staying late. This is the kind of kid you want to promote the game. Well behaved, loves the game, and respectful. Rarely lets receivers get separation. Has nice speed. will be fun to watch. If you watch the tape again, you can see he plays with nice instincts. They gotta be happy to get this guy. Such a talent and he fits their needs. I would imagine the war room is celebrating when they make this pick.

Jim Nox: Bruce Littlejohn - CB
This is a kid who really contributes to the team spirit and the social cohesiveness on the team. Not a speedster per se, but enough to play man. He is faster than he is given credit for. They almost have to make this pick. You do not want to look back in five years and see this kid on another team knowing he could have been yours.

Pick 8: Baltimore Crabs
Larry Moore: Jose Nelson - SS
Knows what it takes to achieve success at any level. Known for being a bit of a joker in the locker room. but in the good way, everyone smiles when asked about him. Fill the need with a quality player. Best case scenario here.

His college coaches talk highly of his work ethic. Known for being a bit of a joker in the locker room. but in the good way, everyone smiles when asked about him. This young man has more than enough speed for the position. Coaches like how well he tackles. With this kid, this is a need pick they will not regret.

Every team would benefit from his leadership. Known among his teammates as a hard worker. He has been trained well, and it shows in the way he tackles. great technique. Educated well. Shows good understanding of the game. They should not be afraid to fill a need here. He will start day one. Quality pick right here.

He has more than enough speed to keep up with most receivers. Fans might not be on board with what can be framed as a need pick. But trust me once they see this kid play, they will be more than happy.

Pick 10: Portland Weird
Larry Moore: Taylor Goodrich - WR
This kid puts in the work. He is driven by the love of the sport. Is a natural catcher, and will only get better as he gains more experience. Is fast enough to command real attention from cornerbacks. Elusive. can work over the middle. can work in the slot. Great balance. Fill a need, get a quality player, everyone wins! He will fit right in with the pros.

Jim Nox: Taylor Goodrich - WR
His college coaches talk highly of his work ethic. He is fundamentally a good kid. You rarely see him commit stupid penalties. His balance when catching the ball is good. Pretty good straight line speed. Can run the deeper routes in the pros. Adjusts well to incoming tacklers, and can use his agility and balance to turn a short catch into a big play. Once this kid gets in the building, they will be set at this position for years.
